Salted Caramel Pretzel

This one has been a top seller since the beginning. Pretzel crust with a layer of caramel sauce under the brown sugar based cheesecake that has caramel swirled all throughout. It is then covered in a caramel sauce, sprinkled ever so lightly with seasalt and covered in pretzel pieces. (Pretzels do tend to soften after awhile so I suggest them on the side)
