White Christmas (Cranberry and vanilla bean)

This Christmas beauty is a vanilla bean cheesecake with my fresh cranberry sauce swirled throughout the entire thing and then topped with a white chocolate moose that I use Lindor white chocolate, it is finished off with fresh cranberry fruit topping, alittle added sugar crystals to make it sparkle and a smidge of white chocolate sauce drizzled around. The 3 flavors complement each other perfectly to make this Christmas cheesecake a must have at your holiday meal.
